Outstanding Customer Service I was referred to Smithtown Nissan, specifically Joe Urso, by Higbie Collision in West Islip. I was told that he would take care of me and he did. H I was referred to Smithtown Nissan, specifically Joe Urso, by Higbie Collision in West Islip. I was told that he would take care of me and he did. He set me up with my salesman, Ken Koos, who was a pleasure to work with. Both Ken & Joe worked with me to make sure I was getting into a vehicle that I was comfortable in with a payment I was comfortable with. Once the deal was complete and I was ready to leave with my new Pathfinder, Ken made sure to spend as much time with me as needed to ensure I was comfortable with all of the settings and features (even in the rain). I asked him to help me set up my Bluetooth and he did it without a problem. My financing was completed with Alli Rollero who was also a pleasure to work with. Very sweet and explained everything before I signed each paper. I definitely plan on going back to them once my lease is up and would refer anyone looking to get into a Nissan to them. More
