AT ANOTHER NISSAN DEALER, MY WIFE AND I WERE GIVEN, IN RETROSPECT, A RUN- AROUND WHICH EVENTUALLY RESULTED IN A NO- SALE AND A DELAY WHICH REQUIRED ME T ANOTHER NISSAN DEALER, MY WIFE AND I WERE GIVEN, IN RETROSPECT, A RUN- AROUND WHICH EVENTUALLY RESULTED IN A NO- SALE AND A DELAY WHICH REQUIRED ME TO MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT ON MY EXISTING AUTOMOBILE. My overall experience was the amazing. THe sales person, Rob Tarnowski, worked with us on every question and concern we had. Your dealership was literally selling vechiles off the show room floor but you st Rob Tarnowski, worked with us on every question and concern we had. I would recommened and have recomended this dealership already to a few friends who are looking. We had a speedy and successful delivery of the vechile, especially considering we were there during a very busy memorial day weekend! My only overall suggestion as to all future dealerships- when a clients states " I want NO MONEY down", it means exactly that, "No money down". Instead of surpriseing clients with taxes, taxes, delivery charges, ridiculous prep charges etc., you should just roll that in to the est or the sticker price. Its silly to tac it on in the end. This isnt any bad reflection on Nissan, its just a general suggestion to future sales by all dealerships. More

I had a nissian Quest 2008 I was very unhappy with the vehical and unhappy with one individual in the service department. I counldnt wait for my lease to be over, I swore i would never buy from nissian ag vehical and unhappy with one individual in the service department. The last service i had on the quest before turning it in, I had a man named Jimel that i had never delt with before he was as honest as they come and that is greatly appreciated. I had expressed my disgust with the Quest, he informed of the upgrades that were made to the 2011 quest and that not to write off all the service dept people because of one dishonest worker. We had a nice conversation about other vehicles he told me how he felt about certain trucks. I trusted his opionun and leased a 2011 pathfinder that I am extremly happy with. Jimel is the one that changed my mind about Nissian and thats not any easy thing to do. He is the only one that will service my vehicle for the next 3 years. Thanks Jimel Abbad! I recieved an email from Jorge that was very cut and dry the way i like it. I saw the name of the truck i wanted to lease with a good price under it and called him to let him know i was coming down before m the way i like it. We talked alittle about it, he always kept his eye on the clock for me. I went back after dance to talk numbers i told him where i wanted my payments to be. He got it done. I left to go to baseball and gymnastics and at 7pm the same night I went back with my husband to make sure everything was the way i wanted it. Jorge had everything taken care off while i was gone. I came back two days later and it was as if I hadn't left. After a few hours I left the Smithtown dealership with my new 2011 Murano. Obviously I would love to have gotten an even better deal than I received, but I am still very happy with my decision.
