I traded my car in 8 months early to lease a new maxima and Joe made that happen for me with the same payment I had on my previous car. I've been looking for a vehicle for my wife for over 3 months. I walk into dealerships and have to ask to be helped-very disheartening when you want to give money to a dealership and they could care less months. Went in to price and he gave me an amount I couldn't walk away from!! However the truck was going to be for my wife. So I packed up my 5 y/o and wife and visited the store. She had to test drive the truck and was sold there after. The team that works there is amazing. Everyone was so mindful of my son. I feel like they're family now. They made us feel so welcome. I'm not really a comment writer, however I feel this dealership really needs recognition for their hard work and dedication to the industry. We had the best experience at Smithtown Nissan. I have never shopped for a car and not been pressured before. The salesmen alway have a song and a dance for you. What a great experience. We were not sure which vehicle we wanted and he actually put both cars next to each other so I could figure out which one I wanted. Joe Gumbman was also very nice. Extremly friendly and couln't help enough. Took to time to explain everything to us and never felt rushed. Was very happy with Greg. Was initially considering 2 vehicles. Have been a nissan owner before, so I already knew about the quality of the vehicle. My experience was so favorable with Greg and Smithtown that i actually walked away from a very satisfactory deal at another dealer because I felt I owed Greg my business. I at least wanted to give him the opportunity to win my business, which he did. And it wasn't won on price. It was my overall favorable experience with Smithtown. As for Alli (finance), she was extremely competent and knowledgable about the various products, and options. She was patient in answering all questions. Her personality was very sweet as well. More
