We traded in our 2016 Rough lease for 2019 Roug Bob Mitchell made our experience very positive. Very Trustworthy I just had a pretty terrible experience with buying a car at another dealership where the salesperson was completely disingenuous. (I actually caught I just had a pretty terrible experience with buying a car at another dealership where the salesperson was completely disingenuous. (I actually caught the lies they were spewing). I walked right out of there and straight to SmithtownNissan. (My friend got their rogue there). At Smithtown Nissan Maggie (salesperson) and Jesus (manager) treated me as if my opinion mattered. Like an intelligent human being. They were wonderful. I am now a Nissan gal!! With this amount of money on the line, it is very important that you can trust the people you are dealing with. More

Robert Pucci is a disrespectful person This guy is extremely disrespectful. You might as well walk away when he comes to the sales persons desk. Nothing but insults from the moment he sat down at the desk. Straight nasty. I have never met someone as rude, nasty, and insulting as him. He's just not a nice person period...all the way to his core. Anyways....long story short tried to negotiate a decent price and Robert came over insulted me and my girlfriend pretty much right out the door. Went to 112 Nissan and got a way better deal. He could have made his store a sale by being slightly negotiable, but he didn't, he chose to disrespect us as we were about to spend our hard earned money. Don't really know how they made this guy a manager. More
