LIARS! When I leased my 2018 Rogue they told me the DMV fee was $300. That’s what DMV charges them and if my registration was less that DMV would send me a r When I leased my 2018 Rogue they told me the DMV fee was $300. That’s what DMV charges them and if my registration was less that DMV would send me a refund. After 3 month and no refund for my $241 registration I called the dealership and another person told me the same story. That the DMV can wait 90 days before issuing the refund. After another 2 weeks I contacted DMV and told me that if the dealership charged me more then they owe me the refund. So I called the dealership and they said they would get me the check. Now 3 days later Smithtown Nissan calls me and says my registration fee was only $241.50 and that’s what they charged. It’s clearly obvious this is a scam they are running there because my salesman Gregg and another man from the dealership told me the same exact story 3 months apart. Now all the sudden they didn’t charge me that! The salesman told me they sold 80 Rogues that month. Do the math 80x50= 4000! That’s a big money SCAM. And that’s only on Rogue sales! Anyway when I carefully looked over my paperwork I see they covered their xxxxx. I should’ve been more diligent in looking over it at the time of purchase. So now I’m out $58 and the lying xxxxxxxx make more money! This dealership is a TOTAL DISGRACE! I will never purchase another vehicle from here again and wouldn’t recommend SMITHTOWN NISSAN to anyone! LIARS AND THIEVES! And let me be clear this isn’t just about $58.50. This is about being lied to and scammed by this business! More
