I should have started at Nissan of Smithtown because it would have saved me time and aggravation going to other dealerships on the island. Mike was great from the moment I sat down with him. I was unsure of what vehicle I wanted to look at/potentially lease, and had questions regarding exiting my lease and getting into a new vehicle that better suited my family's needs. He was receptive to all questions and concerns, and pointed me in the right direction in order to meet my needs. Mike was very laid back, and not pushy as many other salespersons have been in previous experiences. After quite a bit of negotiating with both Mike and his sales manager Joe, and taking several days to think over everything, I returned to the dealership and finalized a new lease through Nissan of Smithtown. I appreciated both Mike and Joe's business practice, and their patience in this decision making process. Overall an easy and pleasant experience that has allowed me to lease the exact vehicle I wanted. More
