After coming to St James from Manhattan, Andrew was kind enough to pick me up from the train station. Throughout every step of the process they were honest and transparent. I felt confident going through with the purchase which was very important to me. I was able to leave with the car I wanted the very same day. Absolutely terrible If I could give this dealership a 0 star rating I would. The salesperson we worked with was extremely rude and condescending. Even though we said we wanted to see both. We paid a $100 deposit to hold a car for 24 hours and he told us we would get it back immediately if we chose to not buy the car. Well it’s a week later and we still don’t have our money back. When I called about it he completely changed his story and was nasty on the phone. We are so glad we went to a different Nissan and bought our brand new Rogue for less than this guy was trying to sell us a used car for. More

He didn’t try to sell me something that would be a better sale for him overall, but instead gave me exactly what i wanted. Greg was very helpful and I went home with a brand new Nissan Rogue Sport that day. For my first time leasing a car I was very hesitant but he explained everything in depth to me and really helped me weigh out all of my options.
