I hate going into car dealerships and having guys size me up with all the last sales seminar handbook crap. Joe and his guys just tell you straight up what you'll be responsible for and what they can do for you. And my experience is that it's usually a much better deal than other dealerships. The transition to a new Rogue from my last one was seamless and easy. Joe shares his own experiences from his own purchasing of cars and you can just tell this guy isn't into xx-ing people.
