Tom’s the Best I ran into an issue with my 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan not wanting to start or shut off. Bear in mind my car is almost 5 years old as it was built in 2015 I ran into an issue with my 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan not wanting to start or shut off. Bear in mind my car is almost 5 years old as it was built in 2015. The start/stop button had failed and needed replacement. Tom quickly accommodated me and got the SUV in. They happened to have the part in stock, and replaced it. I was charged a reasonable price and I no longer have to jab and stab the button to get it to start or to shut off. Just a quick tap and POOF! it’s fired up. Tom has been amazing over the years and we’ve only dealt with him since 2006. We will not have our cars serviced anywhere else. Tom has been excellent in getting me a shuttle ride home, and after we have major service done, we get a car wash voucher that makes the vehicles look like new. Tom is very straightforward and will get you a quote and tell you what is wrong as it is. More

The biggest issue is that the building is extremely old and needs to be completely renovated. It doesn’t have a modern look or feel. The lounge is old and I felt like I was in the 1970’s. It was very narrow driving into the dealership and it’s just isn’t comparable to any newer dealership. Needs upgrade immediately. Again, the employees were very professional and helpful. They deserve a new building to work from as I was literally uncomfortable taking my car there once I arrived. It looks more like a private mechanics garage. More
