I left the vehicle for service and returned several hours later. Even though I had a month left on my NYS inspection I request that also be done. Upon arrival I entered was courteously met by the Service Assistance. She was prepared when I check in and I left in less than five minutes. She called before I was to pick-up and notified me the service was completed. Check out was quick and easy and I left. Vehicle was left in a convenient location clean. I appreciated the VW courtesy car wash. More

Great first experience Came in for an oil change..it was my 1st time using the service center. It was done quickly and Danielle went over everything. Hassle free service I brought my car in for it’s 100,000 mile servicing. I immediately was greeted by Danielle when I walked in the service department.
