No response to my concern Brought my Passat in for an oil change and to replace a left rear directional bulb. Lens was fine when I brought it in. Lens was cracked when I picked Brought my Passat in for an oil change and to replace a left rear directional bulb. Lens was fine when I brought it in. Lens was cracked when I picked it up with an invoice that it would cost me $200 to replace. I received an e-mail from dealer wanting to know how my experience was. I brought my concern up in a reply. Nothing. So i then filled out I survey of my experience (which was not good). No response. Upon investigation I found out when the dealer gets negative responses they alter the (my) e-mail and play dumb because a negative response affects things like bonuses. All I wanted was a n explanation of what happened. Nothing. I guess no harm no foul. I am interested to know if this is Volkswagen standard procedure in handling complaints? More
