Had a great experience at Smithtown Volkswagen. I used their service department. I was given my own rep who listened carefully to my car issues , took notes and explained the process. Volkswagen accommodated me with a last minute appointment because my rear left tire had a bulge and I needed it replaced so I could drive long distance.
