Had a very poor experience with Atlantic Volkswagen, they apparently never documented the complimentary oil change I was promised when I purchased the car. The service department at Smithtown on the other hand was great, Danielle got everything sorted out for me, even fit in the recall at the same time I wasn't even aware was due for the vehicle. They were very professional, car was returned CLEAN with no grease marks or smudges which I've experienced a few times with less professional service places. I will be using Smithtown in the future hands down. More

Accidents happen. My car was in for service and my instrument cluster was damaged during the repair. It was just an inconvenience to have to go back, twice because it wasn't repaired correctly.
