Run down, not the most professional or efficient staff. They never have loaners unlike BMW. The lounge is run down and very outdated. They give you the keys to your vehicle after it's being serviced and don't bother to inform you of where the car is even parked! I can fend for myself however that's not the way to run a foreign car dealership, one that's providing somewhat nicer cars. The guy came out after I had to wait for him and my car ended up being stowed about a 1/4 mile into the lot. How the heck is that professional? Not to mention it's covid however it shouldn't take 3-4 hrs for an oil change after I made an appointment. Unheard of. I also left multiple voicemails after I was told I would be refunded for something bc I have a lease after they forced me to pay to have my car looked at. The service manager never called me back after I called and left a few polite voicemails, I just wanted them to keep their word and I was friendly about it. Ended up just taking the $150 loss. Don't recommend VW in general, however Huntington VW is much better. More
