We were able to peruse and speak to someone when we were ready. Once we started working with Nicholas he was transparent about everything. There was no back and forth, and back and forth. He told us how it was, he explained every part of the process thoroughly so I could understand. He went through each option for me, and how it would affect my monthly payment, my overall payment, etc. He is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to work with you to get you what you need/want. He helped out with getting my insurance transferred over and each step in between to be able to set me up with a brand new Volvo XC90. Once I stepped in my car James went through every single aspect of it and how it worked. He showed me multiple examples of how I would use certain features and went through all of the bells and whistles. As someone that truly hates going shopping for cars Nicholas and Empire Volvo made it a truly enjoyable, STRESS FREE experience! More

We bought our 2025 XC90 in May of this year. Our sales person,Dan Iohse, was terrific and answered our myriad of questions, timely and accurately. The process of purchasing the car was smooth and quick as we are second time owners of this same model Volvo that we truly enjoy. The pick up was easy and we received a comprehensive overview training on all the new aspects of this year’s model. At our first warrantee visit the car needed a replacement part. The dealership arranged for a loaner car at their expense as the part would take a couple of days to arrive. It turned out the part was delayed and we had the loaner for almost two weeks. When we picked the car up we chatted with a customer service person on the floor of the dealership who learned we had to wait almost two weeks for our brand new car to be returned to us. It turned out she was the General Manager, Kristin Hendrick, and she said she would arrange for some courtesy compensation. We didn’t expect more than a gift card to be applicable to future service if anything. To our great surprise after a few weeks we received a check equal to one month of our car loan!!
