I had a terrible experience with Thoroughbred Ford's Service Department before coming here for the same issue. Smithville Ford didn't jerk me around, everything was quick, the communication was great, a Service Department before coming here for the same issue. Patrick was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what had caused my panel to pop out. I've made it to the end of the week and everything is still in one piece and looks great!
