We stopped taking our 2018 ford to this location for service due to previous issues with service. We were continuing to take 2010 ford to smithville because we bought our tires there and were receiving service due to previous issues with service. We were continuing to take 2010 ford to smithville because we bought our tires there and were receiving free tire rotation. Now - free Tire rotation is no longer being honored and the issues with service continue. Smithville Ford said we needed a new battery. Two independent checks confirmed that was not the case. However, it was discovered that the terminals needed cleaning. Smithville Ford should have mentioned that. Upon inspection, we also realized that Smithviile Ford did not check the washer fluid. It was completely empty. We will no longer be coming to the this location for service. More

Luke was by far the best sales person iv ever had and that’s coming from someone who sold cars for years. Luke was responsive, he listened to exactly what I wanted and presented options only within my wa that’s coming from someone who sold cars for years. Luke was responsive, he listened to exactly what I wanted and presented options only within my wants. Little to no pressure. Luke continued his customer service after the sale with all my needs including picking my vehicle up and driving it for aftermarket add one so that I didn’t have to miss work! He offered, didn’t even have to ask. 10/10 recommend!!! Thank you More
