I came in to pick up oil filters through the Ford Rewards program. Iputu spoke to me about the service you have to diagnose steering as opposed to going with another shop’s opinion on a $3,000 job. Had vehicle in for oil change. the service writer quoted a $2444 tune-up when they had done the 100,000 mile tune up in 2023. He backed off when I pointed that out. He also said that the tires should be replace soon. I had him quote a set of tires. I asked for a written quote. Later that afternoon I left a phone message that I would like to know it there were any discounts for the tires available. He didn't return the call. The next afternoon I went to see him, I had received a review request from CARFAX with the wrong mileage on the vehicle by then. The conversation didn't go well. He halfheartedly apologized for not listening to my message, told me that a special on tires would start in September. He then basically told me the CARFAX issue wasn't his problem. I told him to cancel the appointment for the tires. Later I received a "how did we do" email from the dealership. I responded with the same info as I have described here. They responded that they had sent my email to the service manager. It has been two day since then and I haven't hear from the service manager. Thus the reason for my poor rating. It's a shame, the previously owner was easy to deal with. More

The dealership manager is a disrespectful and tries to cheat veterans and take advantage of customers by adding xtra after the deal is made with the salesman.
