Bought a Used GMC Sierra I was looking for a used truck. We live in WI and went to a GMC dealership in Hastings on a Saturday and test drove a used Sierra. Loved the feel of t I was looking for a used truck. We live in WI and went to a GMC dealership in Hastings on a Saturday and test drove a used Sierra. Loved the feel of the vehicle but wasn't ready to purchase at the time but asked the sales person if they had any other colors than black or white. He was sort of a jerk and stated that they only sell black and white and no one ever wants another color. So we left and I did some research on the Sierra and found it was the right truck for our needs and have more color choices than black & white. I searched more the web and found "our" truck at Snell in Mankato and called the dealership. When I arrived to test drive the vehicle, I found the truck was even more than I had expected and the sales process was so warm and inviting as well as FRIENDLY! This is the best "sale" I have gone through! And they gave us a great deal on our trade - Hastings wouldn't even talk to us about our trade. I worked with Brian Holmen at Snell who was really interested in what we needed and had all the information on the truck - I would highly recommend going to Snell for your purchase of any vehicle! Well worth the two hour drive to Kato and it's a bright RED truck. More

Over the years I have dealt with many car dealerships and car salesman and those encounters have led me to have a very low opinion of car salesman in general. I was refered by someone to ask for Drew Dauer. The things that impressed me with Drew is he is a very kind, honest and understanding person and also he really knows what he is selling. Usually when I go to buy something I know way more than the salesman that is selling it. Anything I asked him he knew the answer and could explain it completely to me. Could not happier! Also,I had the opportunity to work with Jeff Wondra on the trade in value of my vehicle and the final price. He also was very pleasing to work with and was very helpful on our final decision to buy from Snell. So, overall I can honestly say I have never been so pleased with the entire vehicle purchase experience from Snell. THANKS to all! More
