I bought a used car from Snell in Oct. '11. Buying the car from Snell was like any typical dealership but as soon as I signed the papers they could careless about customer service. I had a vibration issue with the car that was brought to their attention and I was made to feel stupid for bringing it in to them. The car was still within their 30 day/1000 mile coverage warranty. The assistant service manager didn't want to waste the technicians time diagnosing the issue so he had a low level service employee rebalance all four tires. One day later I noticed that the service employee took a big chip of paint off my rim. I brought the car back to them the next day to show them and they said they didn't do it but they will get me some touch-up paint to cover it up. I waited two weeks and no call or paint. I went back to Snell and talked to the service department they told me to talk to parts to find this paint. Parts department had no clue where this paint was located. They took my name and number and said someone will call me later that day. It has now been almost two months and I haven't received a call or the paint. My girlfriend bought a car from Snell and they told her if she refers anyone to snell and they buy a car she would get $50. Well It has been almost two months and she has yet to receive the $50. We have been there twice asking them where her gift is and they say oh when the paper work must have been lost and we'll get that out to you ASAP! They have not. If they have a problem getting me touch-up paint and shelling out $50, I would not want to deal with them if I had a bigger issue. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone! Nick More
