When we went to test drive it, we had our kids with us so I was planning on test driving it while my wife and kids waited at the dealership and Justin suggested I move the car seats over and take the kids with on the test drive. He let me take my time as to when the time was right and when we bought the Acadia it wouldn't fit in my garage because of the taller antenna so he went above and beyond to see if there was a shorter one that would work. He found one, ordered it and put it on the vehicle. If we have any questions, he tells us to come in at any time to find out the answers and always answers them for us. We receive birthday and Christmas cards from him and he always makes sure we are happy with the vehicle. Jeff is a very friendly and personable salesperson and we will continue to buy vehicles from him. More

I wanted a crossover vehicle and needed it to be user friendly for me as I am the driver in my family as my husband is legally blind. I needed a vehicle I could adjust to my specifications (raise and lower seat, access to outside mirrors, maneuverable, ease of handling, not so much car to handle. He really acted like he cared about our comfort and how we liked the car. I road tested it and he spent a lot of time answering our questions of which there were many. David has been very, very good about follow up after we bought the car. He has called me often and has given me his cell number if I have any questions. We also came back 2 wks after we bought and he came with us again and went over the things I questioned after driving for a couple weeks. Also, showed how to go thru car wash. He even helped the car wash workers dry down the car after the wash. Today he called to wish me a happy birthday, sent a bd card, and gave my husband and me a gift card to eat in Mankato. Great buying experience I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and have friends in the car business. So, I generally know when someone is playing a game with me and I I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and have friends in the car business. So, I generally know when someone is playing a game with me and I have no tolerance for it. I want a straightforward, quick and smooth experience or I will walk out. Jeff gave me the right amount of time to check out the truck. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave me very straight answers to my questions. I wasn't willing to do a long drawn out negotiation and Jeff gave every impression that he was not going to do that either. We quickly agreed on the price. The financing process and the rest of the paperwork was efficient and easy to do. What has impressed me is the contact after the sale. He helped me track down a part I needed. He called to tell me to watch for the license plates in the mail. Because of that service and friendliness, I will look at the inventory at Snell the next time I buy even though I live 75 miles away. More
