I have never been so badly treated by a salesman. Nothing was ready for pickup of the auto(yes, they had 4 days), no owners manual, no walk thur on the car, the guy did not know anything about the car. I sent an email and Dawn responded immediately. When she called she found out exactly what I needed and she set up everything with my salesman Ray.
