First diagnosis was that there was definitely a front end vibration but when they couldn't determine the cause said the wide tires (O.E. Factory Michelins) were at fault as they pick up road imperfections. Using that logic my Corvette shoud be shaking like a Shitz-zou whenever I drive it. Then I got the car back with a ding in the trunk. They claimed it wasn't their fault basically inferring that I'm a liar and scam artist. Although Tom the service writer was courteous, I will never bring my car here again. Also, I buy a car a year (last one was a 2014 Taurus bought here) but I will never buy a car from this dealer, and I will tell everyone not to buy here either. Unfortunately my sister just bought an Edge based on my previous recommendation. More

Needed an oil change, found an axle shaft leaking, this dealership did the oil changes, also the gas tank was 1/2 full. I guess used cars are treated different than new. More
