Comfortable and respectful. For the first time in over 30 years, this is the first time I've become a repeat customer at an auto dealership. We bought our first F-150 in 2010 and For the first time in over 30 years, this is the first time I've become a repeat customer at an auto dealership. We bought our first F-150 in 2010 and came back this year when we needed to upgrade. We were treated fairly and respectfully while still trying to negotiate the best deal possible. We were treated more like visiting guests than customers and smiles were the fare of the day. Tip of the hat to Adam, Tina and Ted who helped pull all the pieces together. Most Excellent Service! I came in with a service issue that I needed to attend to until I could get the proper repair and also to schedule routine maintenance. Instead, my t I came in with a service issue that I needed to attend to until I could get the proper repair and also to schedule routine maintenance. Instead, my truck was ushered back to a service bay. The service issue was handled and the routine maintenance was completed in less than an hour. Needless to say, I am a very happy and very satisfied customer. Although I forgot my service writer's name [my issue, not his; I am terrible with names], he always remembers me and provides excellent service. He is one of the reasons we take all our vehicles to Soeren's! More
