In my mind Dean worked double duty to make it easy for me to sell a car and find a car that I would enjoy driving everyday. He answered every question I posed to him in a timely and professional manner. Dean was pleasant every step of the way. In addition, I was able to experience the comradery of the staff at Soeren’s. We had really stopped just for service and went through the showroom just to see "what was new". When we asked about one of the cars in particular we promptly had our questions addressed. Mike was very knowledgeable and when asked he also quoted a price including all rebates as well as discounts that we considered to be a great deal so we bought the car! Mike was very easy to work with and we would highly recommend Soerens for sales as well as service. Having purchased over 75 new cars over the years we have found that while all Ford dealers can sell you a car for about the same price, the Soerens folks always go the extra mile to make sure the experience before and after the sale is the best it can be. Whether it is sales or service Soerens treats customers with the utmost care. We are very pleased with Soerens and will continue to recommend them to others. More

If for some reason the internet staff was not available they seemed to delegate to other sales staff to ensure a positive and quick experience. I had been to two other local ford dealers and was turned off by the high pressure sales approach. My 18 year old son found this car on the internet and I called and spoke to Tina. She was super friendly and not pushy at all, directed me to come in a talk to Scott if I was interested in trying out the car. I had gone by myself dreading it because I usually make my husband deal with the car purchasing, I was greeted with a friendly, and casual attitude, and was told go ahead and take the car out. No pressure ..... The next day my husband tried it out ..... great experience no hassles... Agreed on a price over the phone went in the next day with my trade in. Had it all done with paperwork within 2 hours. Stress free and the car was filled with gas ..... love it .....Thank you again ... looking forward to dealing with you again More

Soeren's Experience I had an excellent experience at Soeren's this April. A gentleman named Mark Schwerm took care of what I needed and was looking for. He was patient and informative with me since I wasn't fully set on the Ford Focus ST. I did my own research and we talked about other makes and models with perks and downfalls of each. Soeren's gave me the best deal and rate by far. They offer upgrades and do the normal sales things but they really want you to have the best experience possible. I added on the extended warranty to 75000 miles for a reasonable price. The salesman Mark and happened to own the same car that I was buying, so his knowledge for the vehicle was second to none.
