The "Works" service The only down side was when I called to make the appointment. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Simply The Best I was originally introduced to Soerens a number of years ago when another Ford dealer could not solve my issue on the Windstar I owned after several I was originally introduced to Soerens a number of years ago when another Ford dealer could not solve my issue on the Windstar I owned after several visits . Soerens took care of us, got the job done and completed the repair under warranty. So when we were looking for a new vehicle and had decided on a Ford Explorer there was only 1 choice. Dean and Dan found us the right vehicle and made everything quick and painless!! Rachel and her crew in the body shop made everything look like new and we are again happy Soerens customers!
