Matt DeBerry is a liar and conman. Avoid at all costs. We had agreed on a trade in price for my car and even shook on it. Great experiance! Went out Monday evening to look at the Expedition. Anthony was our sales man. Took it for a test drive, loved it. He emailed me back with an explanation. Told him what i thought it was worth, he got me within $500.00 of the amount. Finance guy was great, got us a lower rate then previously quoted. Ignorant and unprofessional If I could give them less then one star i would. I can't even begin to tell anyone reading this review how bad they screwed me over. Long story short I bought a used VW Jetta from them and noticed the paint looked funny. They had me take it to some xxx body shop called Migs down the road to have it fixed. In the end they ended up painting it 8 times because every time there was paint runs and the color didnt even match. Went to show the GM at Solomons and he said it wasn't his problem after it got drove off the lot. Well it became his problem when he decided to tell me to go to that zero skilled body shop and made the paint look even worse then when i pulled it off the lot. I argued with the guy at the body shop every time about the paint and all the imperfections that weren't there before i let them touch it and he said too give him one last chance. Well it turned out even worse and i pulled out of there with a check engine light on and my motor blew up 2 days later.. Solomons Ford is the absolute worst dealership i have ever been too and they will only act nice to get a sale. I have many friends who have had bad experience with them also. I have videos of the GM yelling at my dad and acting more then childish. The place is crooked and so is the body shop they use. Hope whoever reads this decides to go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. More

I own animals with more courtesy then these people. I will never buy another vehicle from this place again. I own a taurus and have never had an issue fixed right the first time. I go there to pick up my car that was supposed to get a water pump and left once only to return after 2 miles to find out I had 2 coils " go bad" then I left again only to return after a few miles for it throwing another code to be put back in a rental for them to call me in the next day to tell me my cat. Converter is bad and that's not considered a warranty item. I got there to get a water pump fixed and leave having to spend $1000 on a cat. Converter. To add insult to injury when I picked up my car they had left gum wrappers on the floor and a pop bottle in my cup holder. Please learn from my mistake and go else where you will save yourself alot of money! More
