Top notch service again! Had a scheduled oil change and voluntary recall work to be done. The multipoint inspection showed some additional immediate maintenance needed for my aging (but awesome) Forester. The communication was timely, clear and easy to approve the additional work. The tech even stayed a bit late to finish up the vehicle same day. Sommer’s makes car maintenance so easy. Only great things to say about this dealership over the 9 years we’ve been customers. More
This is the fourth car I have bought from this dealership. I like working with Omar, I like the personnel, I like the service. They are efficient and get everything done timely. My only concern is that their prepaid maintenance program is pretty poorly managed. I’ve had my car for one year and have only used my prepaid service plan twice, but each time, I had to stand there convincing the service Bay intake staff that I have a prepaid maintenance plan, that I’ve only used it once or twice before and certainly I can’t have used up all of my prepaid service, and then I have to remind them who the prepaid plan is through, and then I have to tell them that they need to check on a dealership laptop because their handheld device is not reflecting my (expensive) prepaid service plan. This is not a good use of their time or mine and I am considering requesting and that they remove the prepaid service plan when I am ready to purchase a new car from them because this hassle doesn’t seems worth the time and expense. More
