bought car 3/18/25. told to bring the car in every 6 mo. I did that. this time I paif for oil change and filter. Also the man who helped me showed me photos of cabin air filter. When I asked the cost of the filter he quoted $190.00.. I said that a lot of money for some folded paper and a tin frame. So I declined. He should know what the heck he is doing and saying!! I have had respect for Subaru, but this is my first new Subvaru. If you keep asking people to keep coming back for no reason (now the free visits are over) I find that distasteful, and wrong. I live almost 50 miles from that dealership. I do not like the business ethic of returning for no reason. Tell Mr Bergland that my paperwork says this visit was the 6,000 mile visit. Let me know a good reason to return in 6 months. I purchased my 2015 Ford Expedition from Sonora Ford 11 years ago. It is very low mileage. It needed new brakes and coolant. My advisor, Ryan Sheehey, was excellent. They also have a shuttle to take me home and bring me back when service is complete. I noticed that many of the people that were there in service department and accounting are still there.
