Mrs. Maull, The extended tire coverage for your vehicle is still in effect through Zurich. Zurich did not cover the tire due to the tire tread being low (3/32). Yes, you have a 2022 model year vehicle, but it also has 30,000 miles. The tires on the K5 generally last between 30k-40k miles. I apologize that the extended warranty did not cover the tires, but that decision was made by Zurich, not Brewbaker Motors.
