Brewbaker Kia made the purchase of my new Seltos simple and quick. I brought my current Kia Niro to service due to the air conditioner not cooling for the third time in a year. Willie in service and Rickey and quick. I brought my current Kia Niro to service due to the air conditioner not cooling for the third time in a year. Willie in service and Rickey in Parts were a pleasure to work with each time I brought my car in for routine maintenance and air conditioning issues. After they found the problem with my Niro, I decided to look at trading due to the miles on my Niro and age. Like every other dealership around, Kia did not have many vehicles on the lot due to them selling quickly. Rickey got me in touch with Nathaniel Griffin in sales. I decided on trading my Niro for a Seltos S. There were none on the lot and only 2 coming in within the next 3 months, neither were a S. Nathaniel got sales manager Josh involved and they found an S at another dealership in another state. My new Seltos was ready for me in only 4 days. I received the best service from step 1 to driving off the lot. Shun was the person I worked with on signing paperwork and choosing extra options. She was polite and very formative on the extra package options for protecting your new vehicle. I will recommend Brewbaker Kia to everyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
