Dropped off my car to get transmission serviced and picked up the next day. When I left noticed my tail light looked busted out. Realized they have taken my driver side tail light and replaced it with picked up the next day. When I left noticed my tail light looked busted out. Realized they have taken my driver side tail light and replaced it with a light that doesn’t belong and the Service Manager stated nobody touched my light and they were definitely not going to replace it he said it doesn’t matter how I think I dropped it off I was definitely leaving with it like that because nobody in his service department was going to replace anything, it’s his department and it wasn’t going to be replaced. When I know for a fact I have never had problems with my tail light and they never needed replacing.. Just got new brakes put on my vehicle a couple months ago at Firestone & haven’t had any problems, since I have gotten my car back from KIA they have been squeaking very loud. My problem wasn’t fixed on my car. I got my car back worse then when I dropped it off on top of extra problems that weren’t an issue before I took it to them… Very Poor Customer Service & definitely poor service. I left my car in their hands and has gotten it back with more problems. Will definitely not be returning. I will drive to Auburn the next time I have a problem. More

Salesman David was great finance manager Shaun was great. That’s the only reason why I gave 4 stars. However The car was not cleaned properly. Took it back after purchase and it still wasn’t cleaned properly That’s the only reason why I gave 4 stars. However The car was not cleaned properly.
