SERVICE VISIT

Visit was very unprofessional. I arrived at the service center at 7:20 which I had an appointment to get my tires checked I was notified it was my tires and brakes and that the problem can be fixed that da center at 7:20 which I had an appointment to get my tires checked I was notified it was my tires and brakes and that the problem can be fixed that day. I told them I had to be to work and I couldn’t wait a long time and I can just leave car there and pick up in the evening time. Since I arrived early the man stated that If I waited I can get the car faster since I was one of the first customer to arrive. Basically the visit cost me my entire day. I didn’t leave until after 3 and I saw people come in after me and left before me. I asked for the status of car numerous times and it was always something about one of the worker fell sick and left which has nothing to do with me or my service if they had other workers to cover up. I should have not been there for that long or been told false waiting times. I missed a day of work that could of been easily fixed if the man just let me leave car there instead of false waiting times. I have been getting my car service there since 2017 and have never received a horrible visit as such. More
