Avoid! Unprofessional, stereotypical used car lot. Drove hundreds of miles to buy a BMW after working some numbers over the phone etc. with Anthony Lago. Vehicle was in good condition but had some small issues they said would be fixed before I came back to buy it (headlight, poor detailing job) (placed a $500 deposit). Dealership is very small and spartan but had some nice cars, Anthony seemed like a decent guy if not a very stereotypical used car salesman. In the next few days before going back to buy, I could not reach Anthony on multiple attempts about the car/numbers etc. I called the area BMW dealers to see if indeed the car was brought in for the headlight repair and it was not. I finally got a generic text/email saying my car was ready to go and bought... We decided this place was giving the wrong vibe and passed, buying a certified car from a BMW dealership instead (way better experience). 3 weeks later (as of today) we still have not gotten our deposit back!! Could not reach Anthony for over a week, then finally got the sales manager who said first thing Monday a check would be emailed to us (that was a week ago and we are one mailing day from there). Sent an email before I wrote this demanding the deposit NOW. So it's simple: this place is a used car dealership that clearly cares about churning out deals and that's it. Do yourself a favor and go to a larger and more professional dealership like we did. Oh and we got the same car in vastly superior condition for not much more money at half the interest rate. More
