This is the best dealership for Mini Cooper and BMW because of Chris Yuseco. I have never meet a sales person like Chris. As soon as I walked in the dealership it never felt like he was trying to sell because of Chris Yuseco. I have never meet a sales person like Chris. As soon as I walked in the dealership it never felt like he was trying to sell me a car. We talked alot about mini coopers and he even showed me his own mini. He took for a test drive and showed me everything to know about the mini. He gave me alot of good ideas on what to get in terms of making the mini my own. I was already sold as soon as I drove the mini. Chris really knows everything about mini coopers, in fact other employees would always go up to him and ask him questions. He really id the go to guy about mini coopers. I decided to order the mini from the factory. Chris would update me about the progress of my build. When the mini came in he just called me and setup a time to pick up the mini. I was in and out in a hour. I have never had such a great car buying experience. I have recommend to alot of people to Chris and they all received the same service he gave me. I highly recommend Chris Yuseco!!!!!!!!! More

Not only was she very knowledgeable about all the MINIS I was interested in, she was extremely engaging with my entirely family and made us feel comfortable right away. She would call and email me during the couple weeks we were car shopping just to check up on my decision making process and see if there was anything she could do. She didn't pressure us or shove numbers down our throats, but just really worked to get us the BEST possible price. We literally paid exactly what we asked for at the end and I drove away in the exact MINI I wanted! SB MINI really made the whole car buying experience simple, straightforward, and stress-free. Chris is such a great guy to work with. First off he is an enthusiast just like me. You can really tell that he loves cars just by talking to him. He knows mini coopers inside and out. You cant fake things like that. You know how some people know the product they are selling just because they read and memorized everything about it, but with Chris he really knows his product not just because he works there but he genuinely is passionate about the mini brand. Just by the way he talks about it you can really tell and if see his car, he has one of the best looking mini coopers I have ever seen. After talking to him and test driving a mini. I had no hesitations on buying one from him. Also the fact that south bay mini was the only dealership in socal that was selling there cars for MSRP other dealerships where selling there mini for up to $10K over the sticker. This was when gas was $5 a gallon and mini coopers where sold out everywhere. So I ordered my mini from the factory and Chris really went out of his way to let me know the progress of my build. I was one of those clients who would bug him every week about my car (whats the status, when is it arriving? etc. ) I must have drove him crazy hehehe. So the day the car arrives he calls me and tells me that the car is here. I scheduled an appointment to pick up the car and headed down to south bay mini. When I got there my New Mini Cooper was waiting for me in front of the dealership. Chris brought me over to finance to sign papers after all the formalities where over. He went over the cars features and even showed me cool things about the car I did not know. I was in and out of there in an hour! Overall I have never had a better car buying experience anywhere else. Chris is the best car sales guy over there! I guaranty you will not find better service any where else! PS. I was so happy with his service I bought another mini cooper from Chris 6 months after! More

They gave me just enough space to explore their vehicles on my own, but enough attention to answer my every question about their great range of Mini Coopers. After test driving several vehicles i decided upon the John Cooper Works Hardtop, a speedy, luxurious, and fun car that made me excited to make my first MINI purchase. Drew, the Sales Manager, was extremely professional and personable. He made me feel like my business was appreciated and mattered to their team. I ordered my 2009 JCW Hardtop by phone from Chris Yuseco at South Bay Mini. They offered the best price for the custom ordered vehicle I was seeking. I was recommended South Bay by a friend. I originally spoke to different sales person, who supposedly took all my information (including personal and car specification). A couple week later, I followed u spoke to different sales person, who supposedly took all my information (including personal and car specification). A couple week later, I followed up and found out that the sales person did not place my order. I was upset and annoyed, but the manager at the time apologized and had Chris take care of me. And he was and still is terrific. I got my MINI per the specifications that I wanted (the stereo was not what I ordered, but after I talked to Chris I decided that it was no big deal). He is always available for you if and when you have concerns or questions. I actually referred a friend to buy a MINI from South Bay, I wanted him to buy from Chris, but unfortunately Chris was out on vacation. If it's not because of Chris, I'd probably take my car to other MINI dealers for service. More
