When I returned to pick up my Mazda Stephen goes over the bill and thanks me for my business. Service like this is why continue to only service my Mazda6, my wife’s Mazda3 amd my daughter’s Mazda3 at South Bay Mazda. More

Buyers beware, they are not to be trusted. I had purchased 2018 Mazda CX-5 from them and they had added optional packages which I did not approve of. I was promised to be refunded which I am still waiting on since my purchase back in March 2018. I have been in contact with Melissa Gonzalez Moore (Sales & Service Assistant) but has not replied since August 2021 where she stated she's waiting on a copy of the cancelled check. I had made this request for refund before even getting the vehicle. Jeff Donnell, General manager is aware of this problem and has not done anything on my requests. I believe that this fraudulent practice has been part of their business structure. Buying a car shouldn't be this traumatizing. I had recently purchased a car from Honda this August 2021 and never had this problem. Try looking into other cars, if not, try another dealer. More
