I would like to highlight the exceptionally poor customer service I received (or did not receive) from DEREK GONZALEZ. He offered no direction or assistance at all, he was unresponsive and offered no solutio service I received (or did not receive) from DEREK GONZALEZ. He offered no direction or assistance at all, he was unresponsive and offered no solutions to basic inquiries. Also, went in for service once with stating there was a problem with the rear tire. Waited 2.5 hours for them to tell me nothing was wrong with the tire. The following day, the tire bursts on the highway. More

I had to go to the South Kia service department for damage to one of the tires on my vehicle. Unfortunately there was no other solution than to replace it, but the service and attention provided was ex damage to one of the tires on my vehicle. Unfortunately there was no other solution than to replace it, but the service and attention provided was excellent. It was resolved without prior appointment and with a speed worthy of praise. More
