Difficult to reach I visited the service center to get an estimate. I later sent an email to Josh with a question. I waited 48 hours for a response and after not gett I visited the service center to get an estimate. I later sent an email to Josh with a question. I waited 48 hours for a response and after not getting one, I called him. It took more than 3 tries to get a hold of him. A lot of wait time listening to waiting music. Then I got an appointment to do the work (rack and hitch) on our brand new Telluride. I was there at 9 as per my appointment and I was told that the car was going to be be ready at 1. At 1pm I started to call the service department to see if the car was ready. Once again I was tortured by music, long wait and many calls, Frustrated I decided to take a lift to the dealer, I got there at 2pm and the car was not ready. I had to wait another 30 mInutes. So In summary my first experience was not a good one and I am not sure I will be back. More

Battery Replacement So I went to the dealer to have a battery replaced. I was told that I would be given prices on batteries for my car. After waiting for 20 min I come o So I went to the dealer to have a battery replaced. I was told that I would be given prices on batteries for my car. After waiting for 20 min I come out and the service tech tells me that the battery was 240 plus 40 to install. I was like what happen to options which he gave me none and at this point the car was being worked on. It’s very disappointing when u are told one thing and another happens Wound up spending 320 on a battery cmon now you all know it’s highway robbery. I have given this location two car purchases plus another purchase from a family member. I love George O but when it comes to the service side not so much. More
