Total Disappointment I am very disappointed with the service I have received AT SUNSHINE KIA OF MIAMI. I leased a brand new car and didn't realized that the cover that go I am very disappointed with the service I have received AT SUNSHINE KIA OF MIAMI. I leased a brand new car and didn't realized that the cover that goes under the hood was dismantled and they had the audacity to blame rats. For anyone leasing or purchasing a brand new car please do a full inspection of your vehicle. They do not want to help me with this matter and are blaming me. I've only had the car for 3 months. 2k miles. Their theory is just impossible. More

Bought a very nice Kia Soul from Sunshine Kia in Kendall, FL Nestor had me test driving a nice white Kia Soul in about 10 minutes. I like it and bought it, the process was not painful at all. My only regret is that I did not haggle for price very well, I have never been good at haggling. On the other hand, I did get a 60 month 0 APR loan which I am told compensates for the price. I am very pleased with the Soul, it's a winner. My first visit was with Oscar a month ago (I think, I could be misremembering) and I was interested in a white Niro but they didn't have one on hand. After some reflection I decided that the little driving I do does not justify the extra cost of a hybrid, so on my next visit I looked at the Soul. I also went to Toyota, Hyundai, Honda, and Nissan dealerships. I almost bit on a nice Sonata but the prices I was quoted and the rebates were dancing around too much. Overall I think I took 7 or 8 test drives. I liked the Honda HR-V when I test drove it and might have a tinge of regret not getting it but the Soul is great. I am told that the quality of Korean cars has been improving faster than the prices have been increasing. I look forward with hope that my Soul will last like my 1990 Corolla did. It served me, my sister and my dad for over 25 years. Will never again buy a Chrysler. The 2001 Sebring convertible I bought was beautiful but wore out way too fast. More
