The car was at the Dealer for 2 weeks. I asked them to go over the entire car. When I picked it up I asked if they checked the brakes. My experience at South Dade Kia was great in terms of working Oswaldo Herrera. He explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience with my Fiance. However, In regards to the manager Angel, I was not very pleased. He tended to explain the same things over and over again, and didn't much care to help expedite our experience. Once I finally mentioned that I needed to leave as soon as possible did he bring me to the finance departments office and I was able to wait there until the signing of my contract. All in all I was at the dealership for close to 4 hours, which seemed like things could have been managed a lot faster. More
