This is our 3rd visit to South Dade Kia Service and like each of the first two visits, our service experience was again excellent. Service Advisor Abdiel Suarez was again attentive, professional and clearly each of the first two visits, our service experience was again excellent. Our car was ready before we expected it to be and to boot, Mr Suarez provided us with a courtesy car wash at a nearby facility (like he did the first time we had our car serviced at South Dade Kia. While we were waiting on our car to be serviced, VIP Specialist Kirenia Moreira came and briefly chatted with us. We were pleasantly surprised that we remembered us from our first visit a few weeks back. We are very happy with the service we received. More

Everything was done satisfactory and by the time quoted. If anything needs improvement is the time it took to pay the bill after the dar was finished.
