The service was really great. They understood our situation and were very empathetic to it. Karina was amazing and one of the best service reps we’ve ever had anywhere. We had an issue with the brakes when we finally drove the car a few days later and Kia was more than helpful. They fixed the issue right away and everything is working beautifully and smooth.
