Costly for a lease The cost of the service was WAY more then initially quoted for the $15k mile service....almost $300 more. Once I paid, I remembered I had maintenance plan which should have eliminated some of the cost...was told I was responsible for telling the advisor of the plan (even though I purchased the car there and assumed it was in the system). Very Professional and friendly people Definitely is way better than what it used to be, the waiting area is clean and nice now my only complain is that the service people need to check if Definitely is way better than what it used to be, the waiting area is clean and nice now my only complain is that the service people need to check if the customer has a plan before doing the bill and to process any discounts offered by the manager before processing the bill. I was overcharged for labor $15 that I am still waiting to receive a credit. Juan the manager was very professional because of my previous experience with an issue with a tire, this time that I had to replace a tire and because it had to be ordered from another dealer and I had to leave the car I was offered that the installation was not going to be charged.
