Slow Service I obtained an appointment using their service app on line. When I arrived I was met right away. I explained I had an appointment for an oil change. I obtained an appointment using their service app on line. When I arrived I was met right away. I explained I had an appointment for an oil change. The service center rep stated they do not have access to that program and he could not confirm I had an appointment. He gave me a wait time of one hour and forty-five minutes for the oil change and car wash. I waited for an hour and a half and looked for the service rep that had assisted me and he was no where to be found. I remained outside near his booth to see if he returned. At two hours I approached another service representative. He asked who assisted me, and I described the guy. He pulled my paperwork. He told me my vehicle was probably in the back getting washed. He asked if I wanted the vehicle back even if it wasn't not wash yet as well. I told him yes. He brought the unwashed vehicle back, and then took me to the cashier. It took two hour and thirty minutes for an oil change. The first service center representative forgot about me and did not inform anyone else of the work being done to my vehicle. I was very disappointed with his treatment of me and overall the time it took to get a simple oil change done when I used their appointment service app to set up an appointment. More
I only use the service center because of Abdiel Suarez. If he wasn’t there I would service my vehicle elsewhere. His customer service and honesty is awesome and if I happen to come for service & he isn’t t If he wasn’t there I would service my vehicle elsewhere.
