I had two requests. They had my car for 2 months to fix one thing and the other was not fixed. They scratch my car, the battery they installed looks old. they are rude and scamming people, purposely bent my rotors in so i can pay them to fix it, was promised 2 free tires and was told there was a system error so i’m sure they took the tires for themselves rotors in so i can pay them to fix it, was promised 2 free tires and was told there was a system error so i’m sure they took the tires for themselves, they tried to say i was smoking in the car but my clothes and purse naturally smell like smoke cause i’m a smoker and charged me a fee, they removed the brake pads from my car, and now my engine makes a weird noise. my car has gotten WORSE after leaving this place, DO NOT recommend! they lady at the desk is also rude and has the worst attitude but i could see why due to the fact she probably hates her job and fake smiles and mean mugs customers after. the service center also still has the mechanic that messed up my car still working there after i told the service manager my issues he did not care at all and told me just to put down another $300 deposit for another loaner and leave my car there AGAIN so they could look at it but can’t do nothing about the free tires due to an “system error” literally the worst dealer i’ve been to in my life. More

Adrianna was great to work with, and I wish there had been a separate survey for her and the other associate that greeted me. They were superb. The only thing I was displeased with had nothing to do with Adrianna; it was the car cleaning. Unfortunately, I called to express my concerns and am still waiting for someone to call me back. I left a message, and still nothing. The product used to put a shine on my tires was used on my rubber floor mats on the driver's side and made them dangerously slippery while driving. Additionally, the towel/cloth used to apply the product was also used on my windshield, causing it to be extraordinarily hazy and hard to see. Adrianna told me before they took my car for service that I light cleaning would be done on the outside of the vehicle. However, it was when I slipped into my car that I noticed everything. Therefore my 3.5-star rating. If I could give a 3.5, I would. This situation is hazardous, and I am sure on the product bottle it says not to use on floor mats or vehicle pedals, i.e., brake and accelerator, as it is a hazard. As of today, I am still waiting to be contacted. My first time at this dealership. Again two BIG thumbs up for Adrianna!! More
