I was told by Enrique that if I dodnt need the tire rotation it was going to be done, I marked the two front tired with a mark to make sure if the tire rotation would take place I will know. When I went to puck up the card I was told tire rotation was done, I was in a rush and didn't check the tire mark since I was returning the loaner, when I got home notice it that it was not done I was charged. I called Enrique that the fees would be refunded and as if today it has not, this is unacceptable. Now I'm wondering if the oil changed was done. i would not recommend this dealership it is very untrustworthy and they take advantage of the fact that they see young female walk in alone. I went for regular service which was an oil change and tire rotation, they took 2 hours and when i got my car back they had not rotated my tires i went back to let them know and he lied to me saying they did when I was 100% certain they had not. He took my car to the back and simply filled up my tires with air and proceeded to not rotate them once again. It was not until the third time I finally went off on them he tried to calm me down by saying my next rotation would be free and I told him no because that would just be the service I paid for this time and they tried to deceive me out of. My husband and myself brought our Kia to your facility last week without an appointment. We were greeted very favorable and told we would be taken care of as soon as possible. We loved how your facility was very clean and inviting. Our wait is about 1 hour which was fine and we did need a new battery which we had a feeling the car needed. A very friendly gentleman come over to us and said you are all set no charge under warranty and accompanied us to our car, handed us the key and wished us a good day.
