I love my Kia car but I could have bought it anywhere. I tried to support my local business and it has backfired. I bought the car in December- spent a full work day there waiting for a car that was paid I tried to support my local business and it has backfired. I bought the car in December- spent a full work day there waiting for a car that was paid for. Everyone we asked what was the hold up, no one knew or just flat out ignored you. Then I found out that my tag was transferred with just my spouse name after specifically asking and give that very detail that it was a shared tag. So after not receiving the new registration, I called every persons business card that I had, no answer, not even a callback. I was transferred to all different departments when I called the company or left on hold for hours. So I just went up to the tag agency and got the decal that expires in less than 6 months versus the better part of a year. Lastly, when I went for my first service for the car. I made the appointment and explained I want to drop the car off as this is my lunch break and I was willing to sacrifice it for my Kia. I was told this would be no problem. I got there and was told someone would be with me. Needless to say, 20 minutes later I see service being given with a smile, just not for me. I had to call my spouse and ask him if keeping my Kia (my baby, my favorite car)was really worth it. I love my Kia. I just wish I dealt with another dealership. On a high note, my sales consultant George was amazing and he is the one silver lining to the entire experience thus far. More
