The Service/Parts department was less than professional during my time there. The first time I arrived, I waited 2 hours to be told that the trunk latch that was ordered was received broken and they had to during my time there. The first time I arrived, I waited 2 hours to be told that the trunk latch that was ordered was received broken and they had to "re-order" the part. My second trip to the Service dept was also a waste a time. After 2 1/2 hours waiting, I was told the trunk latch was replaced however the issue was not resolved because it turns out it was an issue with the sensor. Neither visits to the Service dept did the mechanic properly evaluate my vehicle's issue. The Advisor never updated me during the service evaluation, and when I went to ask the Service Manager for an update, he spoke to the Mechanic and returned to work while I stood there and did not address me, another Advisor had to ask him for the update, and he answered him. I will not be returning to this location for service, its an absolute nightmare. More
