they suck no. concept of customer service. barely English proficient. 2hrs to rotate tires. ignored my wife in the waiting room who was the person that brought the concept of customer service. barely English proficient. 2hrs to rotate tires. ignored my wife in the waiting room who was the person that brought the car in while trying to text me at work for service. and if someone answers the phone please have them know what they are talking about instead of having to put me on hold for 15min. to get someone else to answer questions. absolutely ridiculous. will never do business with Dade Toyota ever again.
