Was recently at this dealership for my usual oil change and tire rotation. Each time I've been in the last two years, the service has gotten progressively worse. This time was no exception. After arriving at my appointment on time, I was informed they were running behind, and it would take about 45 minutes. I told them no problem I would wait in the waiting room. TWO HOURS later I went out to check on why it was taking so long. I was informed that they were sorry, but they had "forgot" to come and get me. Seriously?!? What kind of poor customer service is this? I was given a discount for my trouble, but I still don't think it was worth it for my lost time. They lost a customer, I won't be returning.
